Anime LA was super fun and I made more money than I ever did at Anime Expo because of my Adventure Time posters. They sold out the second day during the afternoon, so I reprinted more Sunday morning but they sold out again only a few hours into the day! It was an amazing moment in my life. I plan on doing more posters for AX, but for less popular stuff like American McGee’s Alice, Pingudrum, Utena, and maybe others. Those things are well-liked by many, but don’t get as much fan art as they deserve. And we will reprint more Obamas. Yes.

Anime LA is in less than two weeks and I for some reason decided to draw more than I can handle and now I am so very screwed, haha ;_;

By some weird miracle, Black and I both got a half table at ALA and will actually be able to share a table. I’ll draw something later to celebrate, but everything is set to go and I have to draw like 19458208914 new things now.

I think I’m just going to draw more keychain designs because posters take too long. The only things I’d want to draw a poster for would be either P4, Mirai Nikki, or Penguindrum, but I think a lot of people would be doing P4 while Mirai Nikki and Pingudrum wouldn’t sell well.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should draw?

I do not know who this is.
I do not know who or what this person was supposed to be.
I do not know why he/she was just standing there.
I do not know what compelled me to take this photo.
I do not know when people will learn to stop doing these things.
I do not know how I did it without screaming, “WHYY?” in the process.
But I do know where to find these people. Anime conventions are such magical places.

I recently saw a post of a really bad Panty & Stocking cosplay and recognized the cosplayers which is an insult to the term cosplay from this year’s Anime LA. I didn’t ask them for a picture because my papa let me borrow his fancy camera for the con and I didn’t want to fill it with… that. But I did get a group shot of the gathering. My favorite is the Fastner. He’s just passed out on the floor and he looks better than all dem wapanese.
